Neela Patel really maintained a very patient and professional approach despite the situation getting tense and stressful. She clearly kept a good relationship with the buyer, which helped to communicate intricate matters of the sale which i believe led to a successful sale. So had it not been for her dedication and good communication, I might not have been in the situation that I'm in.
