We have been letting our Clapham house from abroad through Dexters for 15 years, and after this time the house needed refurbishment. This has just now been completed by Nichole Borzatti and her team at Dexters, and I simply can't give enough praise, or recommend them highly enough. Even if we had the time to have done this ourselves, we could not have done it so well. The absolute professionalism, and communication skills of Nichole and her team was outstanding, and allowed for synchronisation of the tenants and the work. Dexter's strong relationships with local contractors meant we benefited in terms of the overall costs, and were able to adapt to the constraints that COVID imposed. In short, we are delighted with the outcome.
