Andrew set up the initial letting details and pricing with a very fast turnaround just before Christmas. He was a pleasure to deal with and his professionalism and speed was a great relief. I was concerned the property wouldn't be let over the holidays, but due to his efficiency and sound valuation, it was rented almost immediately in the new year. Daniel looked after myself and the incoming tenants brilliantly when the new tenancy was taken up. He too was friendly and professional and made sure both parties had everything they needed in a tight turnaround. Daniel made sure all the safety checks etc... had taken place and returned calls promptly to make sure the moving in deadline was reached. I was also impressed by his support with extras like sorting carpet cleaning etc.
