Have been searching to buy in and around London for many months now, all to no avail. I then tried my luck in Surbiton with Dexters and have had a really positive experience in comparison to other experiences I have had which almost put me off house hunting in the past. The staff are all so welcoming, polite and entirely knowledgeable about all the properties. Lottie is assisting me with my search-the communication and constant property updates are very much in line with my search requirements and so dont feel that my already limited time is wasted, and have viewings at weekends with Sue, Jenny, Claire and Poppy, all equally as patient and helpful and have really assisted with my needs too (don't have transport). Love the fact that Lottie also selects a wide list of properties for me to view in one day as it really gives a feel of what you can afford low-high, and compare property to property. Overall, cant thank the team enough for their support as being a young, single first time buyer is very difficult and they have all made the experience more enjoyable and although i am still yet to find the right property, I feel like I am in safe hands!
