This feedback relates to the work undertaken by Nina with respect to the sale of the property. We encountered numerous obstacles with the sale and an unexpected extended chain. It was an extremely stressful and protracted process. Nina managed all the stakeholders who had competing agendas with extreme professionalism and courtesy. Dexters have been first class. In particular the Surbiton office, who have been extremely attentive and pro-active.

You get what you pay for. After a lack of success with another agent, I then instructed Dexters. Dexters found a tenant within a couple of hours. I subsequently found out these tenants had contacted the previous estate agents to view my property but not received a callback! I would recommend Dexters over alternatives.
