Client care

At Dexters we work to industry leading service standards. Clients’ interests are our premier concern and we strive to ensure they always stay at the heart of what we do.

Our people

We have an active programme of professional development with Directors and Managers qualified by RICS, NFOPP and ARLA. We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage full time, part time and job share employment where possible. Gender pay gap report 2024

Our industry has tended to be male orientated but we believe in the great value of women in our business and aim to have an equal balance.

This report outlines our performance on gender pay for our colleagues as of April 2024 and our areas of focus to ensure improvements in the make-up of male and female balance within the company. Read our gender pay gap report.

Business ethics

Dexters believes in and fights for more industry regulation as we are passionate that we all act with integrity and professionalism and overall we want to improve the standard of estate agents. So much so Dexters are members of RICS, ARLA and The Property Ombudsman. To read more about our professionalism click here.

Visibility

It’s important that we are open and clear about our objectives in the industry and the fees that our clients are expected to pay. That’s why we have a ‘nothing to hide’ approach and full transparency. Our fees clearly listed on our website, mobile site, in our offices and on our terms of business. Any queries can be directed to our Customer Relations team or feel free to visit one of our local offices and speak to the Manager.

Care in the community

It’s important to support those around you with local efforts to assist schools or other community groups. We also have a long term commitment to Thamesreach who undertake superb work in the property sector, helping those who are struggling to afford or find accommodation. Dexters provides support to both charities through a variety of fund raising activities that our colleagues enthusiastically support.

The environment

Dexters have expanded rapidly through London so it is important that we are committed to finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint. We have an active programme targeting improvements including going paperless where possible, recycling, continuing to reduce our energy usage, use of bikes in central London, and a review of our transport policy and pool car fleet to introduce lower emission vehicles.
