Really great service from Fadi in the Sunbury office. I have had a few bad experiences with estate agents in the past but Fadi has changed all that for me, there was no messing around, being pushy or over selling. He allowed us to view as many times as we needed to, he made some suggestions, told us a bit about the area which is new to us and then gave us some breathing space to make our decision. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything but didn't bombard us with calls. Once our decision was made he worked quickly and efficiently to get us and the seller a fair deal. We are over the moon and really happy at how easy it has been so far. A really good experience, the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us some space, so thank you Fadi :)
