Charlotte was a very good communicator and solved problems when they occurred very efficiently. Charlie was extremely helpful and constantly kept us informed of ongoing situations and of course Nick who presented the Agency superbly well.

Within two weeks with Dexter’s we had more viewings than the whole 20 weeks with another agent. After one month we had a meeting with Nick who explained in detail what was happening with houses in the area. After a slight adjustment to price we had lots more viewings & offers coming in. We sold within eight weeks & have now exchanged.

Fadi showed us the house and was very friendly and supportive. He understood what were looking for and actually showed us another house we didn't originally like looking at on the website but once we saw it it was perfect. His recommendation and suggestion to see another house was spot on and very much appreciated. My wife was adamant the house was not right for us from the Web but we bought it under Fadi's guidance, proving men can sometimes be right. Nick and Charlie also at Sunbury were also fantastic!! Nick negotiated the deal for us and Charlie helped on the revistis of our purchase. Charlotte our Sales progressor based at Hampton office was first class and and an angel to deal with, very friendly and supportive and took some of the stress of the purchase away from us.
