Joshua was a helpful estate agent who help me search and find a new rental property. He was quick to call me up or back with the newest properties added and arrange a viewings straight away so we can catch the property as soon it’s advertise and I believe that helped to get us the property we was searching for a while with other estate agency also but could not find what will work for us as a small family. He kept an eye on what our budget was and our requirements. Joshua is a friendly agents and have a patient kind voice which made me feel comfortable and welcomed to talk to as I experienced other agents was more hastily and not really listening and pay attention to what I have to say or asking.
