Millie has been an absolute pleasure from the very first phone call.
Very easy to talk to and a lovely person. She took the time to show us multiple properties, including ones she had found for us that fitted our requirements. Everything was well organised, we were kept in the loop and she has been very easy to contact, as well as offering personal, appropriate advice where needed.
We had a great time at the viewings and have had no problems at all since putting an offer down on a property with her. Thank you so much for all your help. Would definitely recommend.

However, I've had the honour and blessing to be in contact with Loujain at Dexters Hyde Park department. - She's been an absolute star from day 1! From the moment she picks up the phone you feel safe and supported + her energy is infectious! - Besides, she's beyond professional, a wonderful listener and takes initiative. - Yes believe it or not, she actually wants you to find a place. My experience with dexters has been extremely satisfactory from start to finish. Having had two offers fall through in the space of a week from two other leading estate agents, myself and my brother came to Rosa feeling rather deflated and lacking confidence in our ability to find the perfect home in a short space of time. We believed we would have to compromise on some of our expectations but on meeting Rosa, she immediately put us at ease, made the viewing process stress-free and found us our perfect home on the first meeting. The whole process was straight forward and Rosa was v. informative and always available. Great service - highly recommend. Thanks Rosa!

Millie was incredibly helpful with finding an apartment in London. Not only would she email us all the newest listings, she also took all day (if needed) to show as many properties as needed. She is extremely responsive with her emails and calls and always super friendly and extremely honest. I definitely recommend using Dexters to find a new place :)

In all honesty, five stars feels too little.
I went to see two studios with Millie Bresnahan, and I have to say that after a whole week of studio and flat hunting, this was by far the best service I experienced.
Not only was she professional, attentive, and a downright lovely person to meet, but she was also courteous enough to change the viewing times after I mistakenly double booked (that will teach me to keep a calendar at hand in the future!)
She answered every question I had, provided answers to questions I hadn’t thought of yet, updated me daily on the status of the application, and thanks to her I will be moving to the perfect studio, in the perfect location, at a truly affordable rent.
Cherry on top of the cake: from viewing to tenancy agreement signing, it took less than 48 hours which is phenomenal anyway you look at it!
If you are unsure about where to rent from, or who is the best person to contact, I cannot recommend Millie and Dexters Hyde Park enough.
