Vicky came to the first meeting prepared with comparable evidence in the area and within the same building to advise on appropriate pricing. The next day the photographer was in and marketing particulars up and running on the website. Found a fantastic tenant for long let. Vicky was very quick to respond to various questions arising from prospective tenant and myself to get the agreement through the line. Speed, efficiency, attentiveness were all great.

The estate agents with a heart! Just when I thought that estate agents were only after fast money, I found Dexters in Paddington.
