We had sold our property through another estate agent in Highgate but are now using Dexters of Highgate to buy our next one. My only regret is that we came to them post sale, I wish we came to Dexters sooner because the service that we've received with Umar so far has been impeccable. Through every twist and turn, Umar has been with us. He has made every effort to understand our needs and priorities most effectively and is incredibly informative and communacative. Provided agents can only show what they have in stock, Umar understood the assignment and has shown us 2 properties we've made offers for within 2 days - that's how well he understood us. We have yet to find this with other agencies. His attitude, aptitude and approach truly sets him apart as it has saved us so much time and grief. He was also proactive in recommending additional service providers such as a conveyancer which works especially well if speed is crucial. My husband and I feel privileged to work with Umar and we would highly recommend Umar in Dexters of Highgate as this whole process can be quite stressful, so having a proactive and diligent agent has brought us great comfort.
