Once we rented the property, we started liaising with Caroline, the property manager, who yet again, did not disappoint, she has been fantastic. I was very impressed with the service we received from Dominique, lettings consultant, who was able to find a suitable tenant for us almost immediately after struggling with other letting agents for weeks. We were constantly being asked to lower our asking price as there was apparently no market at our price due to an over supply of stock. This proved not to be the case, and I would thoroughly recommend Dexters to any landlord struggling to find a suitable tenant quickly in the London area.
