I came to see only one property, but Bella took me to see several other properties which matched my preferences. It was very helpful and saved me loads of time (of looking things on the internet, booking individual time-slots and finding places myself). I can't say how helpful it was for someone who came from another city to view properties!

With the help of Elliot, one of the excellent staff in Dexters Pimlico Estate Agents, I have rent a nice flat. It is hard to rent suitable flat overseas, but I am really satisfied with it. Elliot is patient, professional and responsive, all the question I raised about the flat has been answered and addressed well.

I have successfully rent a lovely flat with the help of Elliot, one of Dexters Pimlico Estate Agents staffs. He is always patient, answering all of our questions about the contract, since we are all the first time to rent. Responsive as well. Some of our friends want to rent a similiar one after taking a tourview in our home.

I know from previous experience that finding somewhere to rent in London can be a very stressful experience, especially during the busy summer months. However, Tom Brown from Dexters Pimlico was absolutely excellent. He listened to my requirements and preferences, and actively alerted me to properties that matched them, as well as showing me properties I had found online already. Unlike many agents, Tom did not just work for the landlord's interests, but was careful to balance my needs with the landlord's, negotiating good terms for both of us. Despite some admin errors meaning the process took a little longer than it might have, Tom remained responsive, professional and friendly throughout. Thanks again!

I have experience of many estate agents in London but I must say that Sam Howell from Dexters Pimlico is the best employee I’ve ever met so I wanted to thank him for all his efforts in helping me. Firstly, he is extremely professional in explaining not only about the property, but also all the surroundings, which was very helpful for a person like me who doesn’t know the area very well. As I told him that it was my first visit to Pimlico, he showed me around the area and explained what life is like living in the area. Secondly, he could immediately identify which property I liked when we first met. He showed me several properties and I told him about what I liked and disliked. Then he easily understood what kind of property I was looking for. To be honest, I was quite picky but despite this, obviously, he provided me with one of my best viewing experiences in London.
In general, I wanted to say that the staff from Dexters, Pimlico are very friendly. I often spoke with Elliot who is a manger of Dexters, Pimlico. I think that they are all incredibly friendly and offered me a high quality of service. I felt very comfortable whenever I visited the office. I really appreciate their service and am willing to revisit the agent for next time. Strongly recommend!
