I have been a landlord with Dexter for the past 8 years. The main agent I deal with is Daniel. Let me just say I am not the easiest person to deal with as I am very demanding and I expect things to be handled in a certain way, but Daniel is a pleasure to deal with, he has a calm demeanour and is able to understand and meet my expectation. Nothing is a bother for Daniel and on many occasions he has gone above and beyond his call of duty to ensure my demands were met. Daniel had a sense of urgency and I can always rely on him.
