Flat-hunting during peak time while abroad was challenging: by the time agents emailed me back, properties would all be snapped up. I bit the bullet with the time difference, and called the Dexters Fitzrovia office in the early hours of the morning to inquire about a few listings.
While they were all under offer, Luis Bolis immediately emailed me a few options which fit my search criteria and were still available. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I appreciated.
To top it off, Luis had an amazing attitude -- super cheery and friendly -- and he never engaged in any pushy sales tactics which I experienced with other firms. His positive energy was uplifting, particularly in these times when people are fatigued and drained. I'd give 10 stars if I could! :)
