The staff are very knowledgeable about the area. They are friendly and they will pull out all of the stops to get you into a property that you qualify for. My point of contact was a relatively new member of staff named George. He showed me all of the properties within my parameters and followed up with me every time. His communication skills were very good. The manager Lazarus, (Laz), was very thorough with what was needed for me to qualify and mediated well on my behalf when HomeLet requested extra documents and information. If you wish to settle in Fitzorvia, I highly recommend this team at Dexter's, however I'm sure all of the Dexter's branches are equally competent.
