I have recently moved into a newly renovated house and was very impressed with the service I was given and supported with. Tyler Dennis was the agent that supported my family by giving us guidance and advice throughout the ongoing process of our application. We really appreciate the help he did for us, not just because it is his job but because he was very thoughtful and went out of his way to make sure we even settled in perfectly. Over all we had a really good experience with Dexters. Dexter's was the third estate agents we hired, and I have to say we saved the best till last... The first two , both very well known high street agents, promised the earth, but delivered very little in the form of viewings, communication, or results..

With Dexter's, from Neela's first visit to value our home, there was a real sense of professionalism. We weren't disappointed. The sales team who looked after us, Jamil and Zoe, were absolutely top class! The excellent communication they maintained prior to, and after each viewing, was detailed and consistent. As a result, we got an offer on our property, which we accepted thanks to Jamil's patient negotiations.

Zoe, the sales negotiator was first class. I called in a state of despair and I felt the conversation with hope, properties to view and a restored view of estate agents and general human decency. Zoe was kind, empathic and professional and the properties she suggest I view were perfectly pitched. She was prompt and organised and communicated a love for her work to find people the best solution for them, that made me feel confident in her and also good about myself. Although I didn’t find the property through you this time - I would definitely come back and ask for Zoe specifically. Promote her. Look after her. People like her don’t come around very often.
