Was most pleased with Richard Hubert promptly replied when my flat was to be on market. The rental value proposed was most attractive and very realistic. Had in a few targeted viewers and was happy for a proper Hugh offer organised by Harry (Stow) with exactly what I requested. Good, reliable, high reference long-term tenant. As an international student who was looking for flats remotely, many difficulties naturally arose, but I'm glad that Jasna was the agent contacting me.
