Recently moved in with a place listed and managed by Dexters and have been so happy with the experience. Levi handled the letting process and Paula is managing the property. Both are super friendly and attentive, and I have nothing negative to say about either one of them. Levi was very helpful in securing my application when another offer came in, and provided an abundance of helpful tips and tricks for myself as a new London resident. Paula helped me out with appliance issues on the same day that I brought them up to her, and has proved to be a great resource/advocate in a very short time. Also appreciative that Dexters allows the ID scanning/hold deposit to take place in any location, as I didn't live/work near the High Street office - I've heard it's not the case with other companies. Overall, no complaints.

As a landlord I have used Dexters to rent out my Apartment since it was new nearly 20 years ago. I have always had 100% ocupancy on my apartment and change overs between tennants have been well organised, and where have been the odd proplem with rent collection over the years they have always managed to sort with lttle fuss and bother from a landlords point of view. I would highly reccomend them to any landlords looking to using them, as either a letting or managing agent.
