The Dexters Maida Vale team has been extremely efficient and quick on keeping contact with me and having the patience to show me every step I needed to take before renting an apartment. Dunica has been always very efficient and ready to explain everything all over again whenever needed. Despite a few difficulties, it was good to see that everything was solved and the apartment was officially ready. Great service overall!

Dexters Maida Vale were fantastic help in finding a property to rent in London. Our first choice was initially under offer, however, as soon as it became available again our agent (Matthew) got in contact with us, demonstrating excellent customer service. There was no attempt to drive up prices or messing about, which was really appreciated. We have now left the property and during our tenancy, the property was managed by Soraya Perez. Soraya was excellent at responding to all issues and queries and dealt with any problems very swiftly. Soraya was also very friendly and professional during all of our dealings with her.
