I think it’s safe to say that both myself and my wife have been very happy with the Dartmouth Park office throughout the process of the sale, from the outset, the team have been professional and efficient in their work. We must give praise to Nick our point of contact for the sale, who has been excellent, especially in his communication, keeping us in the loop and informed on how the sale was progressing throughout the process. Even after the sale offer was agreed and we exchanged, the aftercare was good and as it was difficult to pin down the buyer with small questions, Nick managed to do his best to get in touch and get back to us with answers very quickly, which was much appreciated.

Of all the many agents I met in my search for a house, Billy really stood out: he’s a perfect gentleman, always polite, always considerate, always went the extra mile with fixing up viewings etc. And I really trusted his perspective on price, what was viable and so forth - he was great at giving advice. He also found me a house which I am thrilled with - so full marks to him for seeing that two flats in Baptist Gardens NW5 could be joined together to make a house that would suit my hopes.
