Whilst I have been looking for a house for my daughter I have been dealing with estate agents over the last 6/9 months. I have been almost ready to dispair with the various agents distinct lack of knowledge or just plain dishonesty with regards to the properties they are trying to sell. When I first met Josh from Dexters it was like a breath of fresh air. He has been so straightforward/ helpful and most importantly knowledgeable of the properties and the area that I almost decided that I only wanted to buy a house from him because I felt I could trust him completely. Nick at Dexters in Dartmouth Park NW5 really is fabulous to deal with - 5 star knowledge, regular communication and super professional service. Dexters must rate as the "Go To" Sales and Letting Agents in London. I dealt with the Dartmouth Park and Tufnell Park offices for Sales and Lettings...... Impressed by their dedicated Customer Service throughout........ Hardly surprising from their impeccable history of amalgamations and mergers spanning many decades. Their extensive Branch Network/Client Database and embracement of Client-Centred Digital Support Services was very impressive, as were the much appreciated "low key" personal and friendly approach shown by their respective and highly experienced Directors Jon and Jim. What was equally impressive from my point of view, was hearing the Directors' asser tion of being only Part of a Supportive, Dedicated and Professional "Dexters" Office Team, which I can confirm from my experience with them. Professional membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) did not go un-noticed either, which also sets them apart.

We have just purchased a property in Dartmouth Park through Alicia. She was incredibly helpful and really helped speed the process along! We managed to complete in just under three months! This was largely due to her help with the solicitors when they were being slow, especially when the sellers solicitors were taking a while to provide the information our solicitors wanted. Additionally we were able to go and view the property as many times as we wanted and she was always welcoming. We are still using her advice on work we wish to do to the property now, and she is always happy to help. When Alicia wasn't available the rest of the office were always very helpful and friendly, and always tried to help out whenever they could. I would definitely use Dexters again wherever possible. Thanks for the hard work guys!

Initially unsure whether to market and sell my 5 bed house, I was reassured at the impressive footfall through my property that Alicia commanded. She was cool, great with people so that whether I was selling, or my potential buyers were viewing, she presented it always from YOUR point of view. Alicia stuck through collages of sales, substance threats, and ultimately kept her eye on the ball and my buyers and the market utill she was, finally, driving me to sign at the solicitors'! What a pro. Shame is, I only had one house to sell through Dexters!
