She was highly professional in her approach, able to advise accurately on what features attract good tenants in this competitive market. She arranged the project through Insitori, who contract for Dexters. It was delivered to time and to specification and came in under the estimate, with some room to accommodate snagging issues. Denise was prompt and efficient in her communication with me and with the contractors and was a pleasure to work with.

He really helped us with the search and throughout the negotiation process. They also have very low fees and there's really nothing I can complain about.
