Mrika in the Property management service department was excellent, we had a few issues with the property while there and she had them fixed within days of our calling, remembering every time to tell the contractor not to let the cat out. There should be more like her in the industry.

It appears our property was a particularly difficult property to sell. Several attempts were made over 3 years and, given the nature of the market conditions, Dexters still continued to find prospective buyers for us, with a sale finally being exchanged today. Although all the staff at Dexters were great, my main point of contact was Dominic Reeves. From my first meeting with him to discuss putting my property on the market to the sale of my property I was confident all the advice he continued to give me was most beneficial to me and always had my best interest at heart. Dominic was incredibly helpful from the outset and clearly this has trickled down to his team, particularly Elliot and Laura. This was a very niche property with particular characteristics and therefore needed some effort to find the appropriate applicants.
