She actually took the time to really listen to what i wanted and was very keen to help me find exactly what I needed, rather than pushing a lot of properties on me that didn't match what i was looking for. She was also very accommodating with showing me apartments late after work, which is a rarity these days!! She was super efficient and always quick to respond. It was great that once the contract was signed, Maddie remained in touch,  she really helped me with all sorts and even let me into the apartment early to take measurements etc, she has been extremely accommodating and has made what can be a very stressful process...  good fun and smooth!
