The properties she has shown us, were absolutely stunning in comparison to what we have seen with other agencies and we were super-happy to secure an apartment. There was a long negotiation on the proce and Olivia has supported us in a super-professional manner, tending to phone calls and e-mails on almost minute basis. Down the road we had for sure another 20 e-mail and phone call exchanges, when setting up the contract and reference checks. Everything was super-smooth (through Docusign so we could even do most of the work on our mobiles).
