Martin has been a pleasure to deal with and given that we lost out on many houses before (through different agents!) Martin was a breath of fresh air, kind and extremely helpful from the very start. We used Dexters Hampton to sell our house. The experience overall was very positive. We had three main contacts that helped us: Toby, Martin and Kelly. Each were very responsive, friendly and helpful in helping us navigate the sale. Martin helped to secure slightly more than the asking price which was always welcome. Kelly helped to oversee the actual sale - exchange, completion etc. If selling/buying/renting a property, not sure you can do much better than the team at Dexters Hampton, highly recommended.

Each staff member was a pleasure to deal with. I was impressed at the professionalism and friendliness shown By Dexters of Hampton staff at each stage as the baton was passed from business development and particulars to sales and then following with constructive hands on nudging to maintain solicitor momentum through to exchange and finally hopefully (as I write this) completion. All through I was kept well informed by the helpful, consistent and upto date weekly call. Most importantly my property being near the top of the price range for a one bedroom flat (due to river view) needed a discerning buyer profile which Dexters attracted and whom they patiently nurtured.

II have just exchanged on a property in Hampton...I have been in the property business for 30 years...mainly in central London estate agents, now in Europe..Jaye Meredith should be offered her own branch to run...she is attentive, professional, conscientious, and capable. A people person...Pleasantly I have found this with other members of staff in the Hampton branch...Tom and the rentals staff come to mind.
I must make special mention of another member of Dexter's...Charlotte Jordison (Support Manager)...again attentive, kind, intelligent, and a fun person to talk to...she should be applauded.

We had our house valued, for the possibility of selling and moving, from my first phone call the service we received was professional and courteous all information we required was delivered to us and at no time was we put under any pressure to sell or list the property, we were advised of all possible options with the property, which we had not thought of. We dealt with Kelly. She was excellent in communication, helpful in our purchase, and easy to reach when needed. This seems all the more impressive given the incredibly busy time all staff at the branch must have been having.

I asked Dexters in Hampton to sell my house. Within 10 days they had marketed it, contacted their extensive list of prospective buyers, arranged many viewings over two days and secured multiple offers.

I was delighted with all of Abby’s team, especially Martin and Jaye. They were really inquisitive and interested in the details about my house when they came to see it. Martin and Jaye took note of the key points and no doubt this attention to detail helped Dexters sell the house. I felt like the whole team were really committed and motivated to securing a sale, whilst remaining friendly and professional throughout. The communication from Dexters was clear and consistent during the process.

Dexters are in a class of their own!

We have lived on 3 different continents and worked with a number of real estate people and agencies over the years. Some of them were pretty bad, some of them were OK, and in the case of Dexters they are at the top of their field and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

We have made a recent home purchase and In short, Dexters were simply amazing! We were sort of half looking at houses and Martin, our Dexters estate agent, quickly identified the type of home we were looking for. He worked diligently to find the right properties to show us and in a very shot amount of time we found the property for us. However, the service from Dexters had only begun.

As mentioned we were only half looking for a house, so we were not as prepared as we should have been and this is where Martin and the Dexters team really stepped up. Dexters mobilized the internal team and external partners to enable us to sort out the financing, solicitors, etc. so we could get through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Martin was always there to help move things along and ready to get others involved when needed at critical points in the process. Annmarie, Tom (both of them), and numerous others really jumped into to help move the process along. We owe a big thank you to Martin and the Dexters team in Hampton.

The experience on the home purchase was so good, we also selected Dexters as our letting agent for our other property!
