Joe and James assisted with the sale of my property. I had tried for over a year to sell it with other agents and several sales had fallen through. I was impressed by Joe and James' dedication and professionalism. They were particularly helpful in managing the final stages of a tricky exchange of contracts, and getting all parties to work together to ensure that the deal was eventually executed. Although I had to reduce the price of the property due to a general drop in the market, Dexters achieved a bid which was over the final asking price. Overall I was very happy with the result they achieved and the service. I would certainly recommend them to others.
