We used Dexters to find an apartment to rent about a month ago. Our agent, Zhora, was extremely helpful. She guided us through the process and was always available to answer our questions. What is more, Zhora continued being helpful also after the tenancy agreement was signed, even though the property is technically managed by the landlord.
