We have been in touch with Ashley Dawkins for the whole rental process, who was extremely professional and who totally understood our needs and expectations. We just showed up spontaneously in the agency on a Saturday and he took us directly to a viewing of the property. The following Monday we made an offer, the day after that we went through referencing and everything was very smooth. Ashley always replied our calls and answered all our questions. Even though we are not very familiar with the UK system as we're moving from France, he always took the time to explain everything to us and made the impossible possible - we had a place in less than a week, and not just a place but a very nice little terraced house with a garden and 2 bedrooms. All perfect, we're very happy!
