What were you doing before Dexters and how did you join us?
Prior to joining I worked for Gucci as a Client Relationship Manager, however I knew I wanted to pivot from luxury retail to property. I discovered Dexters online and was intrigued about their explosion of growth in London and wanted to be a part of it.
Where did you start and where are you now?
I joined the Islington office in May 2019 as a Trainee Estate Agent and within two and a half years I was promoted to Lettings Manager.
What advice would you give to somebody looking to get into the industry?
Having exceptional people skills is essential to succeeding in the industry, you'll need to build good relationships with landlords and tenants by interacting and communicating effectively. Also, a little bit of charm goes a long way.

What’s the most exciting thing about your role?
Making the deal happen, matching landlords to tenants isn't always smooth sailing, no two agreements are the same, and there can be challenges along the way, so getting the deal closed and ringing the bell brings me the most joy.
Where is your favourite place in London and why?
My favourite place in London has to be Hampstead. I love taking my dog for a walk in the area and admiring all the amazing properties we walk past.
