Prime roads come at a premium with a variety of grand historic architecture. In contrast, particular roads such as The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead also known as ‘Billionaires’ Row’, is famous for its new build mega mansions.

St John's Wood, Hampstead and Highgate are extremely affluent suburbs, with many residents famously known for being in the media, arts and sport. The appeal for high quality housing comes from both international and UK buyers and tenants. Because of the shortage of available property, many are now looking further afield towards other popular destinations such as Muswell Hill, just to the north of Highgate, which has taken flight since lockdown.

Jon explains, “With many working from home, space is more of a priority than living close to a tube station.
