Safety first

For your safety, please regularly test your alarms to check that they are in working order. If not, you may need to replace the batteries as this remains your responsibility throughout the tenancy. If you have any concerns, please contact your Landlord or property manager.

Looking ahead

The demand to live in London is at an all-time high, the market has been highly competitive and we expect this to continue into 2023. Over 70 per cent of tenants choose to renew their contracts so if you love where you currently live and want to extend your stay beyond your tenancy end date, then please let us know. On average, Dexters’ Landlords let out their properties for 10 years, so long-term tenancies and extensions to your current agreement are generally welcomed.

We’re here to help

Please be advised that our Property Management offices are closed over the festive period from 3pm on Friday 23rd December, and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January at 8.30am.

We will be available to help with urgent property management issues between 9.30am - 4.30pm on 28th, 29th and 30th December.

If you are reporting an issue outside of these hours, please contact us on 020 7590 9522. Please note, only emergency maintenance issues will be dealt with during this time (heating, hot water, flooding, fire or break-in), anything outside of this will be dealt with on our return to the office.

Should your Landlord have British Gas Homecare or another similar home policy we would ask that you use them in the first instance.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you an enjoyable festive break and a Happy New Year.
