High-net-worth individuals and families are drawn to the prestige and rich history of the area and relocate from around the globe to live in Mayfair. There are not enough homes to satisfy the demand so prices come at a premium. All of our customers and clients can expect to receive a tailored, discreet and highly confidential service.

Tell us about your partnership with Wetherell…

We have an exclusive partnership with Wetherell, Mayfair’s leading Estate Agent. Peter Wetherell has established close working relationships with the world’s most influential business people, dignitaries and royalty over the last 40 years. We are very proud of our two major office locations on Mount Street and Grosvenor Street, offering services including sales, lettings, prime property management and design and refurbishment.

What advice would you give to buyers and tenants?

Be prepared to act quickly! Our customers come from all over the world creating a highly competitive marketplace and the favourable exchange rates are making long-term investments attractive. Our website receives over 100,000 visits every week but bear in mind, not everything we sell or let is available online so we encourage customers to speak to us directly.

 

You know you’re in Mayfair when…

During the summer months the area comes alive. Mayfair is a hot spot for Middle Eastern visitors and you will see a parade of super cars lining the streets. It is also a great time to meet locals as the garden squares host events with plenty of food, drink and live music.

What has been your most recent success?

We recently sold a truly unique medieval style townhouse on Farm Street with an asking price of £11 million. The property has hosted high-profile names including King Edward VIII, Wallis Simpson and JFK. We also enjoy working with very modern properties, successfully letting an apartment in the luxurious Clarges development, asking £12,000 per week.

How do you work with the world’s press to promote your properties?

There is insatiable demand from journalists and editors to feature prime London property, and our press office is in daily contact supplying market comments and photos of the finest homes in the capital. We feature weekly in the Financial Times, Evening Standard, and monthly in well-known magazines. Our client’s can be confident that we promote their properties to the fullest, offering maximum exposure on a global scale.
