Tell us about the unique Dexters difference...

What level of service can your clients expect?
Hayley: By investing in our people we retain the very best talent which enables us to maintain the same high levels of service right across our network of over 80 offices. The qualifications we offer our colleagues give our clients the confidence and peace of mind that they are working with experts they can trust.
Brandon: We work hard to achieve the very best price for your property, which is why we spend on average 180-200 hours on every successful transaction. This attention to detail is why we are one of the few Estate Agents to be a firm of chartered surveyors, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), upholding their reputation for integrity and professionalism.
As London’s leading agent, how do you remain local?
Brandon: Our managers run their offices as if it is their own business and focus solely on providing the best and most appropriate service to their clients. 90 per cent of our managers started with us as trainees and more than 40 per cent have been with us for between 5 and 20 years. Our clients like the fact that they can return to a familiar face on the high street and talk to someone who knows their property as well as they do.
Hayley: Our offices are filled with local experts who live in the areas they work which is what makes them so passionate about delivering an exceptional service. We strive to create workplaces that are vibrant and fulfilling, as well as diverse and inclusive. We understand the importance of reflecting the communities we serve.
How do you create the same rapport with international clients?
Hayley: The reason we have such a global appeal is because no one knows London better. Our teams are the feet on the ground giving overseas sellers and landlords the most accurate and up to date advice on their local markets. By offering a complete range of services to suit their needs from property management to design and refurbishment; they know that they are in safe hands.
Brandon: London is a cosmopolitan city and our Corporate Lettings and International Relocation team receive over 10,000 enquiries annually from major blue-chip companies, institutions and embassies. Many of them deal exclusively with Dexters. With over 30 languages spoken across the business, we continue to offer a personalised service without barriers.
