From taking photos to getting an offer to rent the flat took less than 3 days and the tenants they found were ideal. Even over the Christmas period, they were quick to process paperwork, run background checks and get the ball rolling to move tenants in. All in, the process took less than one month from our initial valuation through to tenants moving in. Brilliant!
