Wow, the experience of these guys really shows. We had the best quality of attention imaginable from first to last moment, always being kept well-informed (and reassured when necessary). Nothing was ever too much trouble. For example, on one Saturday evening I left a voicemail on our negotiator's mobile for him to call me back when he got into the office on the Monday. It turned out that he was on a weekend break in Spain but he still called me back a couple of hours later that same evening. That says it all really, I couldn't recommend this outfit highly enough.

I have found all your staff exceptionally easily to deal with, from your girl on Reception, Paul - always courteous, who navigated in Chris's absence, to Adam - very good time-keeping on appointments - who worked hard to find a buyer. Based on my personal experience, I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending in the future.
