At Dexters we work to industry leading service standards. Clients’ interests are our premier concern and we strive to ensure they always stay at the heart of what we do.
From consultants in training to experienced Directors we spend 10 times the industry average on training our people to ensure they are up to date with the latest legislation and are providing the best service standards and customer care to our clients. We have an active programme of professional development with directors and managers are qualified by RICS, NFOPP and ARLA. We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage full time, part time and job share employment where possible. For more information about opportunities with us please contact our careers team here.
Dexters believes and fights for more industry regulation as we are passionate that we all act with integrity and professionalism and overall we want to improve the standard of estate agents. So much so Dexters are members of RICS, ARLA, The Property Ombudsman and the London Rental Scheme. To read more about our professionalism click here.
It’s important that we are open and clear about our objectives in the industry and the fees that our clients and applicants are expected to pay. That’s why we have a ‘nothing to hide’ approach and full transparency. Our fees clearly listed on our website, mobile site, in our offices and on our terms of business. Any queries can be directed to our Customer Relations team or feel free to visit one of our local offices and speak to the Manager.
Care in the community
It’s important to support those around you and as well as local efforts to support schools or other community groups, we focus on working with a superb charity who, like ourselves work in the property sector. Thamesreach is our recognised partner and they work tirelessly to help those who are struggling to afford or find accommodation. Dexters provides support to them through a variety of fund raising activities that our staff enthusiastically support.
Dexters have expanded rapidly through London so it is important that we are committed to finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint through aiming to go paperless where possible, recycling and continuing to reduce our energy usage.
