I have been a tenant with Dexters for almost two years, and I can say they are really professional and eager to help. With regards maintenance there are always tricky issues between tenants and landlords, and the people who I have dealt with on these issues have been helpful. It can be difficult getting authorisation from Landlords for important work, which can be frustrating for tenants like me. Although I have a number of issues that need rectifying I am assured that Stephanie (Property management team) will resolve them quickly. No issue is too small for her and she is a great communicator which is reassuring. She also goes out of her way to check up on us outside of work time, which is rare. Long may this relationship continue.

Stephanie was so helpful, and really went the extra mile to find us a property with what we know were a set of rather difficult and specific requirements! Thank you for taking the extra time, and for being so friendly.
