The first buyers identified for my property fell through as a result of the bottom of the chain for reasons entirely out of the control of Dexters. Within a week, three further good quality buyers had been identified and solid offers secured. This has meant a minimal delay in the sale of my house and secured the onward purchase of my new home. It is very rare to willingly recommend an estate agent, but I do so here gladly!

Fadi was very professional and nothing too much trouble throughout the process. Nick made it very easy for us to choose Dexters as his advice and wealth of expertise was a huge positive. Charlie was always very helpful when we were dealing with him. Both agents who showed people around the house - Elaine and Gemma - were really positive and enthusiastic and Charlotte, who dealt with the after sales, is particularly suited to her role; really positive and great communication throughout.

We were really impressed. At the time of putting our home on the market, we knew things were slowing down. We had an offer on our home within two weeks of the house being on the market, which was enough for us to purchase the house we really wanted. As we have a young family, the last thing we wanted was our home to be on the market for months, so to have sold and purchased quite quickly was brilliant for us. The staff at the Sunbury office were really helpful towards the end, when it looked like things were going to get tricky, they did help and support us and thankfully everything worked out. We would definitely use Dexters again.
