I recently completed a sale with the help of Dexters. The property was well marketed and I had a good number of viewings. The team kept me informed during the viewing process.  Once I accepted an offer I started the purchase on my new home. The chain was a bit complex. Adam at Dexters was great in managing and keeping the chain running smoothly by keeping everyone involved informed and calming things down.

Let me explain; I visited many different properties (20+), proposed by several agents, so I have a good feeling for what the market value is.
