He helped with re-letting a flat we were vacating prior to official lease end, attending to all of the details to get this accomplished, including interfacing with the landlord to secure approval and then finding a new tenant in less than two weeks. All of this between him in London and me in the US. Elliott is thoroughly professional and, most importantly, does what he promises when he promises. Very proactive. Never had to chase him down for anything.
