Dexters launches its Winter 2022 edition

As London’s leading independent Estate Agent, with 35 offices in central London and over 70 across the capital, Dexters Magazine provides a great opportunity to showcase our property portfolio, highlight hidden gems and give property insights into some of the city’s most sought after locations.

Principal dancer of The Royal Ballet, Steven McRae graces our cover and talks about his recent return to the stage at the Royal Opera House following an injury in 2019. In this issue, he discusses growing up in Australia, his first impressions of London and how he met his wife, fellow dancer Elizabeth Harrod.

Dexters Magazine also spotlights some of London’s best afternoon teas - from decadent bespoke blends at The Stafford Hotel to chocolate and patisseries at the Bafarat cafe. On winter nights, there’s nothing better than a cosy fire, so Danny Cousin of Grate Expectations offers advice about installing fireplaces and the advantages of biofuel, electricity and good old fashioned wood.

For the latest update on the property market, our local experts from Mayfair and St John’s Wood give advice for selling and letting and talk about what a typical day in the office looks like. We also speak to Chief Executive Andy Shepherd about his property forecasts for 2022 and Dexters’ latest successes. In 2021, the company won two industry accolades - ‘Best London Estate Agency of the Year’ and ‘UK’s Leading Letting Agency’ - as well as registering some 40,000 Google reviews averaging 4.9 out of 5 stars.
