What’s the current market like?
It’s extremely active! We’ve recently seen an influx of clients bringing their properties to the market. Mayfair continues to draw strong demand from high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as international and corporate tenants. Based on Grosvenor Street, our Corporate Services team is seeing unprecedented demand, receiving over 200 enquiries each week from embassies and major corporations from around the world.

What draws people to this area?
Buyers and tenants are attracted to the grandeur of the homes here, from Georgian mansions to contemporary penthouses. These residences are often interior designed and immaculately presented, offering something to suit all tastes and requirements.
