What’s the market looking like at the moment?

It is extremely active, we are seeing high demand from a wide range of buyers and tenants looking to move to this area. Every week we have over 100,000 people visiting the Dexters website. St John’s Wood has always been a strong local market with an international edge as it remains an affluent area and a desirable location.

Who are your typical buyers and tenants?

Families come here to put down roots as they are particularly drawn to the superb schools in the area. We attract a lot of interest from American clients due to the proximity to the American School. Other customers include business executives, diplomats and working professionals. We currently have 200,000 customers looking to buy or rent through us and due to our extensive database we often draw in buyers and tenants registered with one of our local offices.
