My girlfriend and I had a great experience dealing with Reggie at Dexters. We had seen quite a few places with other agencies that were generally not great. He showed us 2 places. The first was a great property, but just wasn't quite right for us. After the viewing he kindly gave us a private moment to discuss, whereas other agents we'd dealt with had felt quite forceful, Reggie wasn't, and listened to why the first place wasn't quite right and suggested another place he could show us the next morning. The place the next morning was perfect, very clear he'd suggested it because he'd actually listened to what we wanted, and wasn't just pushing another property on us in the hopes of getting us to take something from him. I would definitely recommend using Dexters, especially if all the staff there are like Reggie, definitely a mark above other agencies in the area.

Caroline, our property manager, managed our concerns in a timely and professional manner. She responds on our emails and gives us updates when we needed a new bed frame. She chases our landlord and act on our best interest.

Dexters West Hampstead are a breath of fresh air when it came to renting my flat, impeccable service and a great team led by Jay. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. If you are looking to rent or lease a flat they are the go to guy's in West Hampstead or Maida Vale, where Anthony runs a very tight ship also. If I do decide to sell my flat it will be done through either of these offices as the service is wonderful, natural and very slick! Cannot fault the service from either of the gentlemen. Annabel, our property manager, has been nothing short of helpful. She's been extremely accommodating and patient with us despite the problems we've encountered during our tenancy.
