Very happy with the level of service I received from Dexters. Good to work with Beatriz and the team and grateful they managed to get a tenant into my property even during difficult times. Regular and informed updates were very helpful and a careful vetting process ensured we weren't constantly hit with needless viewings.

From the start to the finish the whole team at Dexters were extremely responsive and helpful in our search for a house. Rather than just sending us a weekly list of loads of properties, they called, talked through our needs in much greater detail and sent a very short list to look through. Once we viewed they led us through the next steps and recommended a mortgage broker who was superb (we also spoke to quite a few others but theirs was by fair the most comprehensive). When in the waiting period they regularly kept in touch and Tal, in the team for later in the process was a complete guru who explained everything much better than our solicitors did. Very pleased and I'd use them again.

I've been working with Frances for nine months trying to find the perfect place as she has been incredibly responsive and professional throughout the whole process. During the times when I've had to work with other colleagues of hers, they've been similarly punctual and professional in their dealings. A great agency if you are looking to buy!

5 star service Tara asked a lot of questions but it enabled her to get a better idea and understanding of what a barber I know was looking for whom I helped in the past. The prices are above average but 5 stars go for attention to detail and calling back with an alternative solution even though it was far out most agents don’t even call back.

Absolutely awesome team, they treated us kindly and with absolute respect and decency. Beatrice helped us find, view, and put an offer down on a place we were hoping to live into within a week and she made it happen with ease. Professional, hardworking, and put the customer first.

Amazing care and service from the team at Streatham! The property we have just signed a lease for was suggested to us by Beatriz who was super friendly and helpful, we had seen a flat we didn’t like (for this property Beatriz kindly moved the viewing time forward at our request with almost no notice- sorry!!) and she took our brief and instantly suggested a property - we went to see it and loved it! From viewing the property to completing the agreement it took 4 days! Between Beatriz and Tiana they both worked fast and were very responsive to our many phone calls and questions! Super excited to move in! Can’t thank Beatriz and Tiana enough for all of their help!

More or less one month ago,me and my fiancé , we saw on internet a dexter property. We arranged the appointment for the viewing  and we met Tara ,our agent. From the first property she immediately understood our needs reserving it for us. Immediately we signed the contract and started the online rental procedures. In all the steps Tara was very patient with us every day and supported us a lot. Without her help we would not have made it. Dexters sold my flat last year for above the asking price. On this basis, as well as the great service from George, Jordan and Amy I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I searched around the local estate agents and across the online estate agents like purple bricks. I choose Dexter’s in the end as whilst they were considerably more expensive than the online ones, they had the most energetic sales team and loads of buyers on their files. It was definitely the right choice as within a week they had over ten viewings and within a fortnight 4 offers! She was really personable and made us feel completely at ease, being patient with us, listening to what we were looking for, being very accommodating with times to get us in to view properties and always following up with us - but she did this in a way that didn't make us dread the phone call.
