Jordan showed me new homes and did her best to show me one more but access was limited due to my working hours. She was very hospitable and followed up as promised. Susannah showed me one rental and made sure I experienced fast communication about this. It was almost the right property for me. She was very fast with her communication which I appreciate.

Secured a better price than the other estate agents quoted. Kept us up to date with the progress of the sale. Resolved issues when they occurred. It is not about the fee charged by the estate agent rather the quality of the service they provide.

We had an incredibly difficult move, which lasted over 6 months and had complications all along the way. Dexters, Gabriel in particular, was fantastic. We had an offer on our flat within a week of putting it on the market, the team were really knowledgable about the area, friendly and quick to help with any queries. We had 7 people in our chain and Gabriel managed to speak to all 7 agents, sort out all concerns, keep the sale moving through (when others were threatening to pull out), and, as far as we could tell, they were the only estate agent really communicating anything along the chain. Couldn't have felt in better hands, would definitely use them again.

Great service on lettings and reasonable prices from their contractors for any repairs. Good result when re-letting the property, with no gap. Emily Iliffe, Beatriz Pinto, Charlie Siwiki and Sanjar Katyar have all been very efficient and good communicators during the let and marketing of the property.

Charlie is always available to talk to re short or long term strategy about my flats, Emily was very upbeat and helpful and the policy of focusing on a particular flat as the void period looms to try and find a tenant really worked for my flat.
