I have had very bad experiences with estate agent on both sales and lettings in the past year. James, Jennifer and Rohan in contrast have been a delight. The move was dealt with very professionally with james in particular going above and beyond to get referencing through ASAP.

Overall I find that Dexters is a pretty professional agency. This is certainly enhanced by the excellent service provided by our account officer, Tom. He is efficient, always quick to respond to issues and is personable.

I used multiple Dexters offices in my search for a property, all of whom worked extremely hard to identify properties that suited my many, difficult, requirements. They ensured I wasn't sent to view anything that would be a time waste for either myself or them and I cannot praise them highly enough for this. I realised their knowledge of the areas I was looking in was very thorough which helped enormously in my search.

George has been very friendly and helpful providing useful advice. He showed me the subject property and explained to me all pros and cons very explicitly and honestly. After I told him that I was interested in renting the property, he contacted the landlord in a prompt way and we ended up with a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties. I am very glad that George showed me this property and we will be under a property management agreement during my tenancy there.
